Go to your local eyecare professional. He will give you a prescription (or not), which you can scan and send to us as an attachment to an email. You can also fax to 888-380-MASK (6275).

If you already have a prescription, it must be less than a year old.

Once your prescription is received we must contact your eyecare provider to verify. Be sure to include all contact information of your eye care provider.

You will be emailed a link to purchase your contact lenses. Be sure you provide a working email!
