Shipping charges are applied at the time of purchase, and vary between studios. Shipping is regular USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping times vary, and are noted on the purchase page. Unless otherwise indicated, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery via USPS Priority Mail.
When ordering in October, especially close to Halloween, please be aware that the studios are extremely active, and may require extra time to fulfill your order. It is best to write before ordering at that time.

Halloween 2023 Shipping Schedule
The shipping schedule below can be used as a guide for use with "in stock" items. Most items from the studios DO NOT ship according to this schedule. Look down the "Ordered By" column for the day you are placing your order. Then move to the right and see what delivery dates are available for your order.
USPS Priority Mail shipments typically arrive in 2-3 days once shipped from our facilities. We use 3 days in the schedule below.
If you select USPS Expedited and we can get it there by the date you indicate when you checkout using a cheaper shipping method we will use the less expensive method. USPS Expedited, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air require additional shipping charges. USPS Express Mail (our Expedited option) usually provides for overnight (1 day overnight delivery) but is subject to USPS exceptions.
While we will make every effort to meet these scheduled dates, we do not guarantee delivery by these dates. Plan ahead and leave a day or two as a buffer just in case. You are always welcome to contact us on item availability and an ETA.

International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the ordered product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Halloween-Mask.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Some countries place restrictions on certain imports, and some of these imports are banned altogether. You should check with local authorities before placing an order. While we can refund the merchandise cost if an item is returned to us due to import restrictions, we cannot refund the shipping and handling charges. In some cases, customs officials will confiscate the restricted items, in which can we cannot refund the merchandise or the shipping and handling costs.
Declaration of Value and Product Description
Due to International laws, Halloween-Mask.com states the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping and handling charges. We also send an itemized invoice along with your order. These invoices will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each, and the cost.
